- l***d (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseLaptop was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. In great working condition, specs are as-advertised, looks great considering it's refurbished, and serves my purposes perfectly. Thinkpads are always great value and quality, super handy to have these to work with. I purchased both this T480 as well as a T480s from the same seller and have no complaints! Would recommend. Thanks!
- n***p (76)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI had trouble running Linux on the second thinkpad I bought from this seller, after having previous easy installations. I thought the problem might have been the install, or my thumb drive, or some other software issue, and nothing was working the way it was supposed to. I contacted the seller to see if they would have any ideas, and we did some troubleshooting, and they exchanged the thinkpad for me with a paid return label. The new one is working perfectly. I absolutely recommend this seller.
- 6***0 (8)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseEverything is in good condition. I have tested many of the ports and hardware and so far, all work. Full HD, larger battery, and full BIOS control (to install Linux). All as promised. The external battery is at 66% of original capacity due to use, internal still at 99%. This is well within my expectations for a used machine. NOTE: This laptop required a thunderbolt firmware update to avoid a common known issue. The T480 is very popular, so check public documentation.
- e***k (219)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI bought a laptop from this seller and ran into a very small issue shortly after it arrived. I reached out and they responded immediately and fixed the problem right away — no excuses, no runaround, just fast and friendly help. The laptop itself was exactly as described and well packaged. It's rare to find a seller who stands behind their products like this. Highly recommend, and I'd absolutely buy from them again. Dont hesitate they are awesome to deal with! Thank you!
- j***t (443)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis is a top notch eBay seller. I'd buy fromk10 again and may snag another ThinkPad T480 from him. He delivered a high quality, like new T480 as he stated with all of the features as advertised. If you're looking for a T480 that has been reburbished, it's a great deal. Came shipped with a bubble wrap designed for laptop shipping. I asked him 2 or 3 questions and he messaged me back the next day to confirm my questions. Great seller.
- 1***m (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchase5 stars on this one! Great price, fantastic laptop (as described) and very fast delivery. It was extremely well protected, charger was organized in a neat way. The seller was very responsive to the question I had pertaining to the device. Overall this laptop seems like it was handled and shipped by a professional that knows their stuff. I’d highly recommend this seller!
