Item arrived damaged as it was not packaged properly. I contacted the seller and I was told there was nothing she could do and I should contact the post office. When I questioned her concerning who should contact the post office she said I was being snippy. Not a smooth transaction. Very poor communication.

I suggested for you to make a claim with the post office. When you didnt want to do that I refunded ALL your money including the shipping. And yes you were snippy with me. There was no way to make you happy for something out of my control. I always use lots of bubble wrap to try my best to keep things from breaking.
