Contacted for a refund as this item smelt of cigarette smoke. Seller refused refund and offered explanation that the smell came from the bags she used for packaging and she didn't smoke. A few customers seem to have made the same observation so maybe its time to use different packaging. The item doesn't fit me, so I wanted to sell on but as it was tagged to untag it to do so devalues it. The seller suggested I purchase a spray to eradicate the smell. Not really a cost effective solution.

I think you contacted me to tell me the dress didn’t fit. As I list measurements I don’t refund for that reason.I have purchased different bags but occasionally use one of the old ones for certain size items. They do tend to give off a certain ‘burnt’ smell unfortunately
