Product Information

The FE-45 allow even beginners to experience the shooting pleasure reliably using 3X optical zooming lens based on the designs enhancing the ease of operation of the basic camera functions of shooting, viewing and deleting images. Also featured on these cameras is Olympus's advanced Intelligent Auto function. A step above conventional automatic camera systems, Intelligent Auto analyzes the composition to determine what kind of scene it is and automatically applies the most appropriate settings, all users have to do is set the mode dial to i-AUTO and the camera takes care of the rest, allowing them to relax and take pictures without worrying about selecting the right type of scene or settings even in conditions that conventional auto modes find difficult to handle. Other functions that make shooting easier include the Face Detection function, which detects up to 16 faces and adjusts the focus and exposure appropriately. In addition, these cameras are powered by two AA-size dry cell batteries. Easily available just about anywhere, users won't have to worry even in a case of unexpected battery exhaustion.

    Olympus FE-45 Digital Camera - Functionally Superb

    Looking for a lot of bang for the buck in a small package?!? The Olympus FE-45 digital camera with 10 megapixel lens has many good quality features worth considering. Picture quality and clarity are comparable to any camera brand out there in the same megapixel range. Operates on two AA alkaline batteries that are available anywhere, can even use rechargeables! Zoom feature of lens is quite powerful also, although a 5x or 6x range would be better for sharper distance shots. I don't like that Olympus has developed their own memory card type, although the included micro SD card adapter makes memory issues better...Olympus cards are only available at authorized retail centers!?! Otherwise, overall this little camera carries big punch features usually seen on higher end digital cameras. ...

    Great camera

    The camera has a smaller preview screen which really does not matter because the pictures it takes are crystal clear and sharp when printed or displayed on a computer screen. And that is what counts to me. The memory is minimal so a card is a neccessity but they are not that expensive so for bang for your buck this is a good camera.

    Size of the view screen. Cost even tho refurbished operates like new. The thin of the camera easy to hold and easy to place in pocket or purse.

    Was a great deal!

    There are so many features and settings. I found a PDF of the instruction manual and I'm still learning a lot of new features. I feel that I got a terrific deal on eBay.

    I have bought 3 of these camera's. They are awesome.

    Olympus is a good camera. I havent had any problems with any of them. I bought one for myself, my daughter and my girlfriend.
