The description listed as "certified refurbished" which is suppose to be "like new" or "pristine" condition as described. A few small dings on the outside shell which are not a big deal. However, there was alot of scuffing from the keys on the screen which is noticable since it's mostly right in the middle of the viewing area. Equipment matched description and everything seems to work.
