The skirt is okay, however, not as described. It does not have the balloon effect that is seen in the image provided by the seller, although the stitching is there. The fabric is not as good quality as described; it is thinner and the fabric tag is non existent. The stitching is not so good. The skirt is cheap, sure but also not as described. I would have liked to have known this prior to purchasing, so I’m sharing this with you. Please see images and decide for yourself before purchasing.
