CD was over graded. Scratches all over the place. I don’t want to be the guy who destroys someone’s 100% positive or this would be negative feedback. Buyer beware.

He says that the Overrated CD had very small marks that did not affect the playback at all, for a CD that is more than 30 years old I still lowered the price by $10 for the same thing, because of his insistent haggling he thought I was going to give him the free album, because I told him he could return it for free but he didn't want to return it, the total sale was $15, it was the cheapest on all of EBAY. Double standards and not serious about you.
