      Meringue Powder makes the recipe!!

      The best part is not having to spend time searching for a substitute when I can just reach for the container of the real thing. It is an essential for the Ding Dong Cake recipe I was itching to try, but didn't have Meringue Powder on-hand and could not find it in any of my local stores. Having the "real" thing on-hand made a big difference in the end product and my family is asking for another cake this weekend. I love my Meringue Powder.
