Item came in an open box dirty and nothing like the image on the add. I contacted Justin and he responded quickly, and sent me a partial refund and I accepted with the impression he understood eBay policy on partial refunds He asked for the item back to which I agreed and asked him to send a label. He then threatened me saying he knows my name and where I live and that he would call the police on me. I contacted eBay who told me multiple times that if he wanted the item back he had buy a label
