Seller was very helpful. The item was shipped expeditiously; however, it was never received. USPS claimed it was delivered but as a matter it was not, at least not in the way postal records showed. When confronted. the clerk at the carrier station said contritely, "sorry, there is nothing we can do. The parcel was delivered."
