    Built like no one will pay for quality

    In concept the Buttoneer is great because of the speed. It works well on thinner materials. It does not work well on heavy materials such as denim because it proves difficult to push both legs of the fastener loop through the heavier material. It is possible that a heavy duty version may be required. I would happily pad twice the price for something of much higher quality.

    Not Okay

    This is my second review, because I continue to try this product. I cannot get this product to work for nothing, no matter what the material I use it on. I want it to work. Some reviews say that it works, but I doesn't.

    Did not likke Buttoneer

    I tried several times to fasten buttons but with no luck, my opinion is the fasteners are too small not enough length to secure buttons. I bought original one many years back which had a different set up which worked perfectly and very easy to do. I will try again.

    Couldn't get it to work....

    I bought this to put buttons on my granddaughter's coat thinking it would be stronger than just using thread. Not only could I not get this to work, it seems like it is very light duty possible for a shirt. Even so, I could not get the plastic pieces to engage the needles. Just a cheap piece of junk and a waste of money!

    Didn’t work for what I needed it for

    Wouldn’t work for the type of material I neeeded it for. If it was a thin material it might work. I was trying to use it on a thicker type material. If I could get it to attach button it came off before the He day was over.
