I suggest mentioning that there is damage to the exterior of the product in the description or with pictures next time. The pictures you included made it seem as though everything was completely unopened. Only after receiving it myself have I realized the seemingly small damage to the shipping box lines up with the damage to the product’s box. Since I received the package with the tape already cut, I’m assuming you opened the package and noticed the same damage I’m seeing. Otherwise, it’s good.
