Shipping and delivery were fast from Japan to Europe. The knife has some obvious imperfections on the grind and the edge on both axis, but nothing that couldn’t be corrected on a whetstone I think. It still passes the paper test reasonably, out of the box. I give 5⭐️ because you can’t get a Shirogami Sujihiki at a better price. The value for the money still makes it a great buy.
