The Vintage needlepoint was as described. However this 90-year-old Plus needlework was mailed in a padded paper envelope. A very poor choice of way to ship something that is almost a hundred years, after paying the full buy it now asking price!! Common sense would have told you to put something this old in a cardboard box. I wrote the seller when I receive this and told him I was not happy about the way it was shipped. I never got a reply back. No reason for me to purchase from the seller again!

Hello Paul, I just wanted to let you know, I just now saw your feedback and I totally apologize for not responding earlier, but I must have missed your original complaint. Regardless, totally my fault and I will take your comments into consideration, they were not off the mark and I appreciate the gentle reminder to do better. I'm learning as I go, that's for sure, so will take your comments to heart. Thanks again for your purchase.

I had a very pleasant experience. The seller was completely honest and the product was fairly priced. He packed the parts carefully so they arrived safely.
