    A great flick.

    This is an unquestionably silly Kung fu movie, but it is entertaining, nonetheless. Done up like a true Sun Production action movie popular in the 60's and 70's, this movie has everything one would expect in a Kung fu fantasy movie. The acting is comedic, but the action sequences never fail to thrill.

    Kung Fu Hustle, catch the beat

    Kung Fu Hustle is an irrelevant comedy/action film. It starts out with a rumble in the street then segways into a "Saturday Night", form of dance all in 5 minutes. Believe me there only a small number of spots that seem slow, i.e. the girl trying to put the candy sucker together.You have a wanna be kung fu master, secret masters and one crazy master. The chase scene with the young wanna be and the land lady was very funny. It reminded me of road runner and Willie coyote!Now for a twist, even in this crazy movie, you get the usual Chinese virtues of family, Honor and tradition. In my Book it's worth the price. As Confucius say," Really Good Laugh Make Your World Happy. Enjoy!

    Kung Fu Hustle is Hilarious

    I love this movie because it's offbeat, funny, and crazy. The cartoonish humor and quality, zany characters and outlandish karate makes it a definite must see. You will laugh, think and laugh again with this one. It's so unexpected - I enjoyed watching the chain smoking karate lady who is a trip! And I enjoyed watching the young guy go from a jerk to a hero and the guy who did the toad style (you have to see it) are some of the highlights of this very funny film. If you're into karate, love to laugh, and want to see something exceptionally funny, get this DVD. You won't regret it. The family sat down and watched it and had a blast. It's definitely worth every penny.
