    Saved the beloved electronic.

    My SO has an affinity for a certain type of Logitech keyboard and mouse configurations. However he also tends to lose things. A lot. Repeatedly. Which means up until now we had to replace a lot of the above. Well NO MORE. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS DEVICE. I cannot even guess how much space and money this could have and would have saved us in the past present and future. I intend to get more. Just in case he loses this one too. And one for myself for a space saver, my laptop doesn't have enough USB ports. This handled 6 devices with ease. No conflicts, no issues, no confusion, no lagging, no hanging. I am beyond thrilled with the performance of this tiny little wonder.

    Works!! Saved me $$!!

    I found an M-505 Lazer Mouse in the Dumpster & I put batteries in it . It turned on so I ordered this Receiver & it works on my Chromebook w/ the App installed & on my Desktop Windows 7 computer just Plug & Play.....!! The Mouse aint no cheapo mouse....Now in the future when I buy more Logitech stuff the Orange Star receiver will make my devices on 2 different computers use the same keyboard & mouse if i have 2 plugged in One from this purchase & the other NIB from a new Logitech Device supporting the Orange Star...!!

    I use Linux Operating systems like Linux Mint and Lubuntu.

    This Unifying Receiver works Great. I use Linux Operating systems, so I used an old Windows laptop to "Pair" the Receiver with my mouse. The Receiver and mouse now work on any of my computers (Dell, HP, Asus and others). I downloaded the Free Pairing Software from Logitech's website.

    Brilliant connectivity

    I have several Logitech wireless mice, trackballs and keyboards that I use with my various computers, some of which I acquired second hand without their original receivers. Without the ability to pair such a device with a receiver I already had on hand, it would be useless. It's also handy to be able to pair multiple devices, say a keyboard and a trackball, to one receiver so that both input devices effectively use only one USB port instead of having to plug in a different receiver for each device. Unfortunately, it does not work the other way around. You cannot pair multiple receivers to one input device. If you want to move a mouse from one computer to another, you have to move the receiver to which it is paired. Annoying perhaps, but that's the way it is. Logitech Unifying Software is ...

    Replacement OEM receiver works great.

    It synced right up with my M705 mouse. Be SURE to delete any older Mouse/sync settings in the Logitech menu or it will NOT work! These units are serial numbered somehow to prevent collision with other wireless mice in one room so you must un-sync the older mouse/USB receiver first.
