Verified purchase
Seller shipped damaged item claiming that the item was shipped in good condition. Once received, it was clear that the damage occurred prior to shipping because the piece that broke off was not included in the cardboard box it came in. It also has an electrical short. This is how the seller responded: “Using our photos that were part of the listing and others we have, we can determine if the 'damage' was caused by anything we did or if it might have been damaged out of box.” REALLY?

Seller refused to send any proof of the alleged damage. I offered to make her whole 3x’s by returning item for a full refund. She adamantly refused to return item and was fishing for a partial refund. She said in her exact words “if this is not fairly resolved, I will be forced to return it, and leave honest feedback”. After my 3 requests to return for a FULL refund, she stated, “I will not return this as it was a gift”. “I was hoping you would consider a reduction in price rather a return”.
