This is simply not a true claim. If you believe the product is not “genuine” you can open a return and we will gladly process a full refund upon receiving the item back. Also you did not message me asking for a refund or asking for support. We have hundreds of other customers verifying the item is genuine, also it is against eBay TOS to list and sell non genuine products. This is not a honest & true comment.

I thought I was buying an authentic Apple MagSafe battery pack but it turned out to be a knockoff. I realized it was a knockoff because certain features were missing such as the battery charge status not showing on the widget and settings. I borrowed an authentic Apple battery pack from a friend to compare and there are big differences. The knockoff is bulkier and the Apple logo on it a lighter grey color. I tried to get in contact with the seller but a few days have gone by yet no reply.

We never received any messages unfortunately. This was unknowingly sold as “OEM” as the seller we are responsible for this mistake. We purchased this second hand, and it was indeed not genuine.
