    Barabbas lives as he is released by Pontius Pilate to resume his life of crime

    You have a host of excellent talent that show the life of Barabbas. Very little is done on film regarding his life, conversion and death. It is done impeccably well and with taste. You actually walk through a time we know so little about. The choice of actors to play the characters just couldn't be better.

    Barabbas

    Well as a little kid, I had watched a Hallmark movie with my parents called, Give Us Barabbas. I want to compare the movies, this movie staring Anthony Quinn was a big draggie at first then out of nowhere, the set and scenery just exploded, giving you full impact on how they must have lived during this period. It was such a contrast showing low budget then bursting in something close to a Cecil B DeMill movie. It seemed like a more factual movie staying close to the bible's actual written events, giving fine acting and examples of the true life of Barabbas.

    Excellent story of a man who was spared death on the cross who finally finds his faith in Jesus Christ. Anthony Quinn is outstanding as Barabbas
