Seller used photoshop to hide damage on statue. See attached picture from listing shows where the grey spraypainted in was sloppily blurred over the shadows. Statue arrived with eye detached & in the bottom of the box. Seller promised this happened during shipping. Seller agreed partial refund for repairs and requested I wait until he submit pship insurance claim. 2 weeks later i take statue out to prepare for repairs and now notice crack in legs. Seller pretended not to know. Be wary!

Buyer neglected to mention he received a full refund AND got to keep the item. He originally wanted a substantial partial refund to have a "friend professionally repair it". I agreed to/filed insurance claim same day. Buyer curiously then claims more damage weeks later and wanted to return. The claim was still processing so I asked eBay for help. I provided packing process photos to verify condition pre-shipment and consistent screenshots of the claim status but buyer could not be satisfied. :(

Seller neglected to mention that I never asked to keep the statue. Seller informed me i could keep after I waited over 2 1/2 weeks for seller to finalize suspect insurance claim. Seller in reply completely deflecting away from the fact that anyone who looks at listing pictures closely can see that some pics are photoshopped to hide damage. Seller mentions i requested "substantial refund", without mentioning the amount requested which was $65.00, equal to18%. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! AVOID!
