This used Hamilton Ventura chronograph is better than described and could pass for new. It arrived 11 days early.

The watch itself and most of the accessories were as described. Prompt shipment, no hassles. My only gripe is the seller carefully curated their photos to hide a good amount of damage to the outer box, which is a disappointment as they accept no returns and clearly intended to mislead bidders by not disclosing everything about the actual condition of the items being sold. I would not have purchased this from them if they were upfront, and I doubt I will buy from them again. Buyer beware.

Building trust and confidence with our clients is our goal. Making things right is more important than any single sale. We repeatedly contacted the buyer before and after shipping the watch. The buyer never contacted us or gave us the opportunity to remedy their concerns. We immediately offered a partial or a full refund on their purchase, but the buyers ignored and ghosted our messages the entire time. We are disappointed in this buyers vindictive actions and misleading feedback.
