The radio arrived very well packaged. It was not internally locked and was ready to program which was done and is transmitting. I haven't been able to verify the expected wattage output yet. Cosmetically it was fine. The shipping was a bit slow but I blame the USPS and not the seller. I'd buy again from this seller.

    GMRS

    The M1225 line makes excellent GMRS radios. They are easily programmed with software and a programming cable. Most M1225 units are usually installed in a vehicle where space is a premium. The M1225 line is smaller than the GM300 by several inches making it easier to install in today's vehicles where space is a premium. I highly recommend these units for anyone building their own personal GMRS system.
