I checked this guy's feedback after receiving my order, and I guess this guy does have a pattern of lying about the condition of his items. This phone I bought was described as mint. The screen is covered in deep scratches. I'm not leaving an negative because I won an auction and it was still an OK deal instead of a great deal, but I do wanna warn people and think it's pretty funny how this seller leaves a condescending and snarky response to each critical feedback.

Wow.....really....seriously. No response is condescending for those who take the time and ask the proper questions before bidding. The screen is fully functional, The phone is in mint condition. If you want brand new....then buy open box. If you want to warn people then warn them that if they want a new condition phone...buy a new phone. If you are buying a used phone....it will have some degree of wear. It is odd.....97% of people leave a positive rating......3% point fingers with no reason.

Again, note the condescension and complete refusal to admit he lied. At the time of writing, the top of his feedback profile says he's a top-rated seller. One of the perks of being top rated is on returns you can claim the buyer lied about the return reason, and then Ebay will not show their negative feedback. For all we know, this guy could have 30%+ negative feedback in reality, and with an attitude like this would anyone be surprised?

Got a little attitude from seller because I wanted to return when I did not receive charger in box. It’s okay though. They offered a product refund if i I paid the return shipping. I just feel more description could have been started in the title.

You got no attitude for return. Why do you buy items from ebay and do not read the description. NO charger was included or listed. You wanted to return based on your ability for apps. But again, you can read the listing and you can research if the item can download apps and what is the latest version of android. This is why sellers have to protect themselves. If in doubt...just ask.
