When we got the part from this seller we were very disappointed—even though the original listing said the part was working when it was removed from the original heat pump. It would have been nice to have some communication from seller. I had to ask about the order after nearly a week of not being shipped. After my message, seller cancelled the order without a reply, an explanation or any communication. I understand things happen and I wouldn't get mad if they explained the situation, but it's unacceptable if there is absolutely no communication. Please learn how to do business online.
