The laptop arrived in a timely manner. There was a minor intermittent keyboard defect not noted in the listing, but given the known and advertised cosmetic condition of the device this isn't entirely unexpected and was likely simply overlooked. Everything else about it was noted properly. When I reached out to the seller about it, they were very responsive and understanding. I am satisfied with the resolution and would happily do business with them again.
