The item was shipped and received very quickly. There were several snags in the zipper's fabric (as if had been caught on velcro) that weren't visible in the items description or sale photos. But for the price it was still a great deal so I didn't bother to contact the seller. I just took a sewing needle and pulled the threads back through to the underside so they don't get caught on anything. I still love the bag and still feel like I got a great deal.
