Item shipped quickly but shipping cost seemed high at $86. Condition of the item was not clearly described in the item description (described as open box return from Amazon). Item was dirty, (brew group was dirty, residue in bean hopper and water container and appeared to be heavily used. Price was still good, but I ordered some original replacement parts to bring it up to newer condition.
