LiteFuze LC-500US 500W converter is great
I bought one of these LiteFuze LC-500US 500 Watt voltage converters to power some 1980s era portable stereos that I have bought from various eBay sellers outside of the US. They were never originally sold in the US so they all only accept 220 V, 50 Hz AC power. Their power cords also have Type F plugs on the end. This Litefuze LC-500US voltage converter works perfect for powering all of my new (to me) portable stereos. It has a built-in plug adapter socket that easily accepts all kinds of different plugs, including the Type F on my portable stereos, which is a nice feature that saved me from having to buy separate plug adapters. I have been using this new voltage converter continuously for about an hour a day for several days with no problems at all. I like how it has an illuminated ... I bought one of these LiteFuze LC-500US 500 Watt voltage converters to power some 1980s era portable stereos that I have bought from various eBay sellers outside of the US. I like how it has an illuminated on/off switch on the side to turn it off without having to unplug it from the wall outlet. That is another nice feature that saves me from the hassle of unplugging it every time just to turn it off. Keep in mind though that my portable stereos are only rated by the manufacturers to use about 30 - 35 Watts of input power so I am not pushing this voltage converter anywhere near its rated 500 W capacity. Thus, I do not know how well it works when pushed near its power limits. My converter is barely breaking a sweat so it does not get warm at all. When I read some negative reviews of this unit online, I suspect that many people are trying to draw more power out of than it can provide. All that I know for certain is that I have not experienced any of the problems that those other reviews mentioned. Overall I am very happy with this unit and it works perfectly for my use. I can now power audio equipment from overseas without any problems. I also have the lower 300 Watt version of this converter from LiteFuze, model LC-300US, and it also works flawlessly to power my portable stereos. I have had it for about five months now and it works perfectly for my use. I do not know if LiteFuze has discontinued this LC series of compact voltage converters with US plugs but it seems like it because they have become somewhat hard to find online since I bought the LC-300US model in January 2020. I got really lucky and found my LC-500US, a brand new model in the original box and with all the original paperwork, for sale here on eBay in May 2020. These things are getting hard to find online. The large, high power benchtop converters from LiteFuze still are readily available online but those were all way too big for my occasional use. All that I can say is that I am very happy with both of my LiteFuze LC series voltage converters and I would not hesitate to buy another one if I needed to. I just might have a problem with finding one for sale though.

Good value and quality but it did not work
Delivery was ok. The status of the delivery was very accurate. However the product did not work well with my Babyliss Hair Straightener. I live in Taiwan where Voltage is 110 and my Babyliss Requires 220. It did not heat at all.
