Nice item. Seller accepted my best offer. Shipping was over 6 dollars, arrived in a plain, white envelope with a stamp. Card was loose in a top loader with no sleeve. Reached out to seller about high shipping price in an envelope. Seller said they sell items at low prices that they charge high shipping to break even on the sale. Said I could return item for full refund if not pleased.

Offered Full Refund if he was not happy with purchase but buyer obviously knew he got a great deal and declined my offer and instead left neutral feedback because our views on selling differed. Honest person who I would gladly do business with again. Their are more expenses to ship an item than a postage stamp as gas in California is nearly $5 a gallon. Buer failed to mention he got the card in just days after payment. Guess thaty does not matter to his feedback?
