Please be cautious about this seller's shipping charges. They charged $11 for a $4 first class package, then refused to refund the $6 postage overage we requested, even after opening a case!! Seller claimed they had "no control" over postage costs!! So instead they paid another $11 for the return label. We suggest they get a proper scale, pack well, and weigh packages before listing so buyers don't feel ripped off. eBay calculator is an ESTIMATE not fixed in stone.

She agreed to the price including the shipping, got the glasses, told me they were in PERFECT condition, complained about the packaging and then opened an item not as described after she said they were perfect. Then my item comes back with the box ripped and some staining in the bottom of one of the glasses. I can't sell them again as new. I gave her a full refund, and she leaves this on my feedback page. Real classy.
