The response time to my inquires and shipping time were a bit slower than I would have liked . Purchase looks cute , two areas are very small spots on the purses handle missing leather . I just used a permanent black marker for those areas. The packaging left the bag subjected to being shoved in my mailbox by the postal carrier and the strap got bent . Overall nice product .

Absolutely love ❤️ these Coach shoes and everything else about them except for huge thing that I have pet peeve with sellers on eBay who try to be chintzy with their shipment and wrap them in a single layer shipping bag ( all though they were each stuffed nicely with tissue any purchases can be destroyed by this type of thing because of no support for them inside the of packaging and we all no how careless the delivery services are these days!
