Upon arrival, it was clear the item didn't match its description and was non-functional. Despite being sold "as is," the seller listed it as used i.e. fully working. I sought a partial refund as a full return wasn't feasible. After contacting the seller, they initially offered $2 (%10). I negotiated for $5 instead. They replied by saying that $2 was their final offer and so I messaged to say that I'll take the $2. But for some reason the seller has now decided to not give out the partial refund.

This buyer bought a AS IS/Untested camera, came up with things such as a sticky shutter wrong with the camera and asked for a "partial" refund of the full amount of the camera's value. I asked why they didn't want to return something they weren't happy with & it was apparent that they just wanted a free or heavily discounted $20 camera. I accepted the return and sent a label, they closed the return & still expected the one time offer of 2% refund that they had previously declined. Avoid them.

Arrived sooner than expected in 2 boxes that took a beating. All piled in a box with no packing material. saw bar was hanging outside a hole in the box. Two saw triggers or guts was missing. Was told "NO guts were missing, that would be dishonest" None the less, was a reasonable price/value for my intentions, so I'm not going to complain too loudly.
