Item description showed "New", however when I received it, it was not in the box. It was wrapped well, but not in the original box. I called, they directed me back to the description, and while it said "new" twice in the info, at the very bottom of the page it did say "no box". I expect a new item to be in the box, but apparently this company doesn't do it that way??? While I wanted to return it, it is a retired piece. I wanted the box because it's a gift. Won't buy anything else from there.
