The seller packed the item well, and worked with me to determine a fair shipping cost. The original ad photos, however, did not depict the upper left corner of the rear heat sink, and when the item arrived, there was a piece broken from that corner. The seller did offer a return, however, I decided to keep the unit nonetheless. The ad photos did display the AM antenna, however, this was not received in the package. He did offer to send it to me if he found it.
