The picture arrived broken with the crack across whole picture. And it wasn’t the size as described 39 x 19 . It was much smaller 25 x 17. I contacted the seller and he refunded only $40. I took the picture to several frame business and they said it’s a lost case. They cannot fix it. Now it’s a trash that I purchased for $80 plus shipping $40. I asked the seller for the full refund but he didn’t respond.

The seller did resolve the problem quickly and refund me, but the problem should never have occurred in the first place. It was a glass candle and there was little or no packing material in the box. I’m sorry, but as I own an independent shipping store, I know EXACTLY how boxes should and should NOT be packed, and this one was a 1 on a scale of 1-10. Feedback is supposed to be honest and I think that in over 20 years on eBay it was the worst packing job I have ever seen. I have proof. A photo.
