    Nice collection on this CD; better than the US press.

    Decent set on this CD. Most of the songs are very well known and enjoyed. This was a semi-rare Australian pressing which had a better set than the US release; Mom loves it.

    ROD STEWART - Very BEST CD

    Overall EXCELLENT compilation CD of Rod Stewart's most popular music spanning almost four decades. Recording quality is good and the music certainly brings back quite a few memories, however, the music is not recorded on the CD in chronological order, so the varying juxtaposition of styles over time are a bit disconcerting ie: ballads interspersed with disco. Small multi-page insert is really GREAT with all the photos of Rod in his various guises - such a straight face with ridiculous hair - but you just HAVE to love it!! DEFINITELY recommended!!!

    He's Still Got It! Great CD!

    I have been humming Rod Stewart songs since the CD arrived at my house and I popped it into a Bose desktop stereo. At first, I thought the first 3 or 4 songs sounded watered down...a little "musaked". Three rounds later I was humming every one. I remembered that they are sung the way Rod sings - softly but in that fantastic husky voice. His musicians are second to none. And he is still the BEST. Love this album. I purchased this particular album because it had all of his major songs on it...plus a few I didn't think I knew! But I did know them...just not their titles. I think every thing Rod Stewart ever sang became a classic. I highly reccommed this CD.
