The deck shares the same finish, and both are glossy, but do not really show fingerprints, keeping the body clean. Above the keyboard, users find a number of backlit, touch-sensitive buttons: Windows Media Player, Back, Mute, Eco Utility, Play/Pause and Forward. They respond even with light touch. On the front edge, there is a volume control wheel. The keyboard on this Toshiba Satellite laptop has a little grit to the surface, making it easy to type, and the glossy palm rests make is easy to move around the keyboard without friction. This laptop is lightweight at 6.4 pounds. It is easy to carry, measuring 10.2 by 15.1 by 1.6 inches. This laptop’s features are plentiful, but even with all it has going on, it stays cool during operation. It stays below 100 degrees Fahrenheit even when taxing the system with video and audio. This Toshiba laptop features a 16-inch display and a 1366 by 768 pixel screen. The colors come through vibrant even when the picture is darker. The audio is comprised of Harman-Kardon-powered speakers. Listeners can crank up the volume and still hear clear and crisp sound without distortion.     Best bang for the buck!!

    These core i3 processors run way faster than you think. The battery life is good not great. The screen is excellent quality and resolution. I love the value these computers hold because the core i3 is so reliable! Toshiba satellite A505-s6005 is a 9 of 10 in my book!!

    love this computer!

    Love this computer!! I know its a bit outdated but wanted something with window 7 on it and a bigger screen. This computer does the trick for me. I like the sturdy keyboard and overall look. It's a bit on the heavy side but in general I dont lug my computer too much around so not a big deal for me.

    Not as he decribed

    The battery is bad saying replacement,No bluetooth,No HDmi port,hardware disk not up to 300gigs instead of 500gigs and not well satisfied with it

    The computer wasn't a 100 percent. One usb port doesn't work, the cd doesn't eject by its self. Disappointed with the inaccurate description.
