The phone I recieved was actually damaged during shipping, but seller was fantastic and extremely quick, polite, and helpful in helping me through the return process. I was issued a refund as soon as they recieved the phone back. Kinda bummed out that it came damaged, as it looked like exactly what the seller described, but it was no fault of the seller.
