    Great Book /Great Family

    First of all the publicatuion; " And....Howe ", is a great book about a a wondreful family. In my hockey years this intire family has been an insperation to my father and I on and off the ice. Besides the many hockey stories, this book has enabled me to give a special gift to many young hockey players about a special hockey era and family who's devotion has been uncerpastd in the sport.     The life and times of Gordie Howe in his own words. A++

    Gordie Howe and his wife Colleen tell the story of the greatest hockey player of all time. The triumphs the losses the love and the disillusionment of his 25+ year career with the Detroit Red Wings. How the Norris family basically kicked him to the curb and how the Illich family brought him in from the cold.

    Bought the book to find out more about the Howe's and their life in hockey. Gordie was an idol of mine growing up and I have met him a couple times whil working at Joe Louis.
