The software was as advertised.. The problem was when trying to get to the website that was in the "Factory Box" for entering the provided access code. I could not do it??I was able to the go to the HR Block website, get a phone number to speak to a HR rep. She then verified my purchase "via" the access code provided in the package that was delivered from my Ebay purchase. The problem was NOT BECAUSE OF THE SELLER>>>This was a HR block problem
