Terrible experience. Seller advertised and pictured an Amazon Smart Plug. I won the auction and received a different plug which was not an Amazon. Although it was only $5.00 the seller would not issue a refund. I would advise concern should you choose to deal with this seller in the event you have an issue with a purchase. It was not right to advertise a specific item and then send a knock-off. It was dishonest not right that a refund was not issued. BEWARE

In my defense, I had asked the buyer to return the item, offered to refund return shipping, upon its receipt I would gladly refund. They lied and said they sent it back, they never did. I had two items thought both were the same. The one in question was without a box, obviously it was not the same. My mistake. If you check my other feedbacks you will see that I have a high rating. Do not let this one mark me as bad.
