Overall excellent experience! Unfortunately the item arrived broken despite an excellent packing job to protect it. Communication with the Seller was easy and response was instant. I was able to get the item refunded almost instantly after a couple of quick message exchanges.

The business was nice and easy to work with- product exactly as described. I purchased an instrument from another vendor that required these sample tubes. The unit arrived completely inoperable and I had to return it- leaving me with these tubes I could not use. The inoperable unit was from another vendor, not this vendor to further confirm. I communicated this catastrophe to this business and they offered a return without a problem. Which was great. They could've said no.
