Ordered a framed autographed photo. The frame arrived with about a dozen cracks and chips that made it unusable (it was a gift). The pictures online did not show the actual condition of the frame. I asked for a credit for the cost of buying a new frame.
The seller didn't dispute the condition of the frame but refused to give me any credit saying I had purchased it "as-is" and then said they would report me to ebay for asking for the credit. Have fun dealing with them!

The customer asked for a refund via Venmo, Outside of EBay guidelines, The picture does show some minor irregularities on the frame, Free shipping was provided, Asked for $30 for a $24 replacement frame, The Photo was the primary item for sale, This customer did not ask any questions prior to purchase, I have reported them & this feedback to EBay for them to deal with. All my prior feedback speaks for its self, & I hope Ebay sees that as well & removes this bogus feedback!
