The boots were packaged in a box that isn’t big enough. The boots were bent and shoved into this box and it caused wrinkles in suede. Why would anyone do this? The boots are not wrinkled in the pictures in the post. Why did you not package gently and put in a boot box? I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied that I paid $100 for damaged boots. I would like some kind of partial refund. And I was charged $25 for shipping!!!

First of all,i have 3000+ positive feedback.The boots were sent in a large flat-rate box, with no damage. Sellers BEWARE of this ebayer,she was asked to send the boots back for a full refund,she refused.If they are so damaged why not send them back??Because she was trying to keep them, and also get money back,that my friends, is a scammer.
