The seller was very reasonable with pricing but I wish they had a better description, they did not mention that the cup piece at the bottom of the water dispenser was missing. The packaging was definitely secure but the product came dirty and with many scratches but thats okay, I was able to clean off the dirt but the condition of the product just wasn't the best, there was dirt in the pipe that I had to disinfect. Shipping came very fast and the seller didn't waste any time! I appreciate it!

The seller was very reasonable with pricing and shipping time was impressive. Unfortunately, they did not provide any description of the item - just "see photos". There were two photos, neither of which revealed the small chip on the back of the plate. The packaging was definitely secure but the plate had numerous yellowish stains that I was able to eventually remove with Soft Scrub. I saw another review that was similar to this one. Perhaps this is why this seller has a 'no return' policy.

    Toaster oven: recommended

    Good size counter top toaster oven with convection. Cooks a little unevenly from top and best used with one rack set low for even cooking. However we use our toaster oven a lot and this one is still better than others we have had.

    Nice oven but could be better

    I like this oven because my smaller cast iron skillets fit inside so it's quite roomy for it's size. Cooks great and doesn't heat up the kitchen. I use it a lot in the summer. The cons are there is no interior light and because of that I would not purchase this oven again because you have to open the door, letting the heat escape just to visibly check the food. Also there's a learning curve to operate it so it's not at all user friendly. It is very attractive however and looks stylish on the counter.

    Works great. Be cautious of heat.

    It does the job. It gets pretty hot on the outside when set on broiler and/or high temp. Keep away from other electronics. Keep its own power cord from touching the unit. Overall, the unit is easy to clean (bottom and the glass door). The inside walls will get brown over time and are impossible to keep clean.

    Good starter Toaster Oven

    I think this is a good start if you're buying a Toaster Oven for the first time. It has all of the basic features there to toast your leftover pizza, chicken wings, deep fried pancakes, etc. Just make sure you read the instructions before using it. They need to be prepped before first time use.

    CAUTION! HOT!

    THIS IS A GOOD TOASTER OVEN. IT HAS A RACK THAT CAN BE PLACED AT DIFFERENT LEVELS. ON THE BAD SIDE, MAKING TOAST ON THE TOAST SETTINGS CAN EASILY BURN THE TOAST. THE WORST OF IT, IS THAT THE DOOR HANDLE IS METAL, AND THE FRAME OF THE DOOR IS ALL METAL. USE EXTRA CAUTION (POT HOLDER OR TOWEL) WHEN OPENING. BE SURE NOT TO TOUCH ANY OF THE METAL AFTER IT HAS GOTTEN HOT ENOUGH TO COOK YOUR FOOD. I HAVE BURNED MYSELF ABOUT 6 TIMES IN AS MANY WEEKS. IT NEEDS TO HAVE WARNING LABELS AND/OR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES LIKE A OVEN MITT INCLUDED. A WOODEN HANDLE WOULD HELP GREATLY. UNTIL THEN, DON'T TOUCH ANY METAL WHEN IT IS HOT!!!
