Purchased the item almost two weeks ago (over $200), seller claimed out of town would ship the next week, never shipped. Never messaged! Looking at their feedbacks I see they have done this to many other buyers. They mark the item shipped through eBay but there is no tracking updates or usps acceptance of package. I don’t mind waiting if there is communication but this seems to be what they do often and people don’t receive their items!!!

Seller took well over a week to ship item and after sending two messages to inquire of the tracking number I still got zero response. Item was packaged so poorly it arrived broken. ( A figurine with two wraps of bubble wrap in a old used box, usps wouldn't honor any kind of claim do too poor packing) eventually got eBay involved to get return and refund. Amazingly the commutation stared to come. WON'T use this seller again.

Package arrived in one piece, thankfully. It could have been packaged better. Bronze was wrapped in a plastic Amazon bag and then wrapped in mere tissue paper then placed in the box. Even out mailman said he hoped it was ok. Rattled freely in the box. Otherwise, great piece and good price.
