The tumbler was poorly packed and was delivered scattered. When I contacted the seller, they replied that they had to put a claim in to the USPO and they had to be reimbursed before they would refund me. I think this is a poor business decision on their part and do not recommend doing business with them.

completely inaccurate. messages clearly asked for the 3 picrtures i needed to file the claim. i SAID once i received the 3. pictures i needed then i would refund the buyer even the it being broken was the fault of usps. it bubble wrapped and boxed appropriately! buyer did not send me one photo and never responded again!
