I did contact the seller about my poster being damaged. He sent a second poster that was bent and ripped inside of the packing tube. The tub was not damaged in anyway. This so was careless packing and now I have to find a replacement birthday gift on short notice. Very disappointed.

I made sure it wasn't damaged both times, the first time was obvious USPS damage, this time it was also just didn't beat up the tube. Offered a refund or a replacement.
