Great footage of early "Newsted" Era Metallica.
This is fantastic footage for newer generation Metallica fans to see the group in their prime. The energy and emotion in these concerts is what is missing in the band's current form. Well worth the investment for any Metallica fan!

Bought it the day it came out and was extremely satisified. The San Diego show is excellent though it may be even a bit over-produced with a thousand camera angles switching every second. The performance itself is amazing. The real treat in this box set is the inclusion of the Seattle '89 show which is makes this whole purchase essential. Metallica is full flight here in this pre-"Black" album show before they truly went off in different musical directions. Easier to watch show and more focused in the film production. This show proves just how great Jason truly was! The CD of Mexico show is cool to crank in the car, but the DVD's make it worth it all. Don't miss out.
