Item as described, extremely well packed, shipped the day after I ordered it (and I ordered it on New Year's Day). And it absolutely looks new, which considering how old it must be is amazing (Brother stopped making knitting machines in the 1990s). With used machines you have to change the sponge bar; I'm not sure if that will be needed with this one but I did buy one in case it is. I'm very pleased.
